MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
BAUER, District Judge.
This cause comes on the defendant’s motion to dismiss this action and to quash the summons served upon it in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, on the ground that this Court does not have in person-am jurisdiction.
This is an action seeking to redress the alleged breach of a contract. The jurisdiction of this Court over this action is allegedly based on diversity of citizenship pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1332.
