DECISION AND ORDER
ARTHUR N. VOTOLATO, Jr., Bankruptcy Judge.
Heard on February 19, 1991 on the Motion of the Debtor, Jean-Paul R. Rivet, to Void Judicial Lien, and on creditor David E. Roux, Esq.’s objection thereto.
The relevant facts are as follows: Roux commenced a State Court civil action against Rivet, his former client, for nonpayment of a bill for legal services; on October 29,1990, the Rhode Island Seventh Division District Court entered a default judgment against Rivet, and Roux obtained a judgment lien in the amount of $3,428.18.
