This case comes before the court upon an appeal from the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Virginia, Harrisonburg Division. Appellants, Philip R. Meadows and Carolyn H. Meadows, seek to avoid liens held by Farmers & Merchants National Bank of Stanley, Virginia (the Bank), on certain dairy cattle and equipment which the Bank repossessed.
