OPINION

BISSETT, Justice.

This is a condemnation case. Suit was brought by the State of Texas and the County of Nueces against Odelia H. Bloss-man, et al, to acquire a 3.273 acre tract of land in Nueces County, Texas, hereinafter sometimes called the “Blossman tract”, for highway purposes. It was stipulated that the only fact issue to be determined was the market value of the land that was taken by condemnation.
