Rite Care Resources (Employer) petitions for review of the order of the Workmen’s Compensation Appeal Board (Board) which affirmed the referee’s decision denying Employer’s petitions for review and for termination of total disability payments made to Regina Davis (Claimant). The issue for this Court’s consideration is whether Claimant was participating in a ridesharing arrangement as defined in Section 1 of the Act of December 14,1982, P.L. 1211, 55 P.S. § 695.1, commonly known as the Ridesharing Act.
