In tMs workers’ compensation proceeding, petitioner, the Subsequent Injury Fund (SIF), seeks review of a final order of the Industrial Claim Appeals Office (Panel) upholding the order of the Admmistrative Law Judge (ALJ) refusing to dismiss the request for offset submitted by claimant, Charles M. Ladow. We affirm.
