Reversing.

Lawrence J. Meyer, administrator of the estate of Joseph J. Meyer, deceased, instituted this action in the Kenton circuit court against John W. Kinsella and the Fidelity & Deposit Company of Maryland, seeking a judgment for damages that accrued to the estate of Joseph J. Meyer on account of his death, that appellant claims was caused by appellee negligently running his car against him at the intersection of 12th and G-reenup streets, in the city of Covington, on the 16th day of January, 1934.
