Heretofore the relators presented to a justice of this court at chambers petitions for orders directing that writs of certiorari be issued for the purpose of reviewing assessments against their real properties upon the assessment roll of the village of Hudson Falls for the year 1932. The orders were granted, the writs were issued and made returnable before a Special Term of the court at which the justice who granted the orders and allowed the writs presided.
