Plaintiff Gus Bevona brings this action on behalf of the trustees of the Building Service Local 32B-32J Pension Fund (“the Fund”) pursuant to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (“ERISA”), 29 U.S.C. § 1001, et seq., as amended by the Multiemployer Pension Plan Amendments Act of 1980 (“MPPAA”), 29 U.S.C. § 1381, et seq. Named as defendants are Galbreath-Ruffin Corporation (“Galbreath”), one of the employers contributing to the Fund, and a number of individual defendants who are non-union employees or former employees of Gal-breath and on…
