ILGWU National Retirement Fund (the “Fund”) and two of its trustees appeal from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, Bernard Newman, senior judge of the United States Court of International Trade, sitting as a district court judge by designation, dismissing, after a bench trial, the Fund’s complaint against Levy Bros. Frocks, Inc., a New York corporation now dissolved (the “Corporation”).
