This appeal seeks to reverse the action of the Lafayette Chancery Court, which, upon granting appellee, Beatrice Poskey, a divorce, further awarded the home place to appellee for her use, the property being held as an estate by the entirety by the parties hereto. Mrs. Poskey was granted a divorce from Fred Poskey on grounds of desertion, and was given permanent custody of the minor child, Raymond Poskey. Fred Poskey, appellant herein, was ordered to pay the sum of $140 per month for maintenance and alimony for Beatrice and Raymond. For reversal, appellant urges…
