Edith Browder, appellant, brought suit in the circuit court of St. Clair county against Peter Beckman, appellee, who is her son-in-law, to recover damages for injuries sustained by her, as she claimed, from the wanton and reckless use of his automobile.
The facts, which are not seriously disputed, are that on May 14, 1932, appellee, his wife and three small children, went to visit appellant at her home in Ava; that they stayed there that night, and the next morning, accompanied by appellant, drove out in the country to visit…
