ROETH, JUSTICE.
Plaintiff recovered a judgment for $100 for personal injuries claimed to have been sustained in a fall on defendant’s premises as a result of defendant’s alleged negligence. The alleged negligence of defendant as charged in the complaint consisted of maintaining a sidewalk in an unsafe condition, in allowing ice to accumulate on the sidewalk, in not removing the ice, in failing to provide adequate lighting over the sidewalk, in failing to provide any warning of the slippery condition, although it knew or should have known of the condition.
