DECISION

In this action, plaintiff Teri Ohs, acting on behalf of the Wickford Elementary School Parent Teacher Organization, claims that the North Kingstown School Committee, acting through its agent, Superintendent James Halley, committed a willful or knowing violation of the notice provision of the Rhode Island Open Meetings Act, R.I. Gen. Laws §42-46-6(b), by failing to inform the public that the School Committee intended to discuss and vote upon the issue of closure of the Wickford Elementary School at its May 11, 2005 meeting.
