On the 3d of November, 1905, Dr. Eurípides López y Quiñones brought an action in the District Court of Mayagüez against the American Eailroad Company, to recover $611, fees for professional services, which he claimed to have rendered to certain-employes of the railroad company who had been injured in an accident which occured in a collision between a hand car and a locomotive, on the company’s track near San Germán, on the 12th day of July, 1904.
