Respondent French appeals from an order which, with certain limitations, directed him to comply with a subpoena issued by petitioner, the Temporary Commission of Investigation of the State of New York (Commission) in conjunction with an investigation pertaining to an arbitration between the County of Nassau and Nassau County Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association.
