MONTGOMERY, Judge.
Margaret Hines sued Louisville Figure Skating Club, Inc., to recover damages for injuries sustained by a fall on the ice while skating. Sttmmary judgment was granted the defendant from which the plaintiff appeals.
Appellant was a paying patron of ap-pellee’s ice skating rink at the time of her fall. She attended the rink at least once every week, sometimes twice, and described herself as a “better than normal” skater.
