On December 8, 1932, appellee filed a complaint against the appellant, her' husband, for separate maintenance. The appellant.filed answer denying the allegations in the complaint, and thereafter, on February .16, 1933, the court made an order directing appellant to pay to the clerk of the court, for the - use and benefit of appellee, the sum of $100, to be paid within ten days, and the further sum of $15 per month fo be paid on the first day of March, 1933, and a like sum on the first day of each month thereafter, until a further order of the court.
