Before the Court for consideration are North American Oil Company, Inc.’s (“North American”) Motion for Order Requiring Production of Dornau Transcript [0-0], North American’s Motion for Partial Summary Judgment [262-1] and Star Brite Distributing, Inc.’s (“Star Brite”) Motion for Attorney’s Fees for September 13, 2000 motion to strike [333-1].
