This suit is by Emmy, Charles and John Dittmar, and the Emmy Dittmar Improvement Company against G. A. C. Halff, Frank Wolff, W. M. Ratcliffe, the Alamo National Company and other defendants not necessary to mention. The Dittmar Properties Company intervened. The suit was filed November 30, 1931, at which time a temporary restraining order was issued restraining a trustee’s sale of one of the items of property involved herein.
