The original bill in this case was filed by T. H. Decker, appellee, against Ernest E. West, appellant, on the 24th day of August* 1931. It alleged that on June 1, 1924, appellee, appellant and Andrew E. Decker, all of the City of Highland Park, Illinois, entered into an oral partnership agreement to carry on a plumbing and heating business in said city.
