SUGARMAN, District Judge.

The defendant Bemis Bro. Bag Company (Bemis) moves for transfer' of this suit from this court to the District of New Hampshire, or in the alternative, to the District of Massachusetts, pursuant to 28 U.S.C.A. § 1404(a).

The plaintiffs James H. Molloy and John D. Wilson (Molloy and Wilson) individually and as stockholders on behalf of and for the benefit of defendant Claremont Paper Corporation (Claremont), brought this suit against Bemis and Claremont.
