Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Chenango County (Sullivan, J.), rendered August 11, 2003, upon a verdict convicting defendant of two counts of the crime of criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree.

Benjamin Phetteplace stole two shotguns from his father’s house and sold them to defendant, who then sold the guns to another person. The jury convicted defendant of two counts of criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree, *892resulting in concurrent sentences of 2 to 4 years in prison. Defendant appeals.
