Did Mehegan, as cashier and while in the performance of the duties of his office, between December 15, 1895, and September 3, 1897, fraudulently take from the assets and money of plaintiff bank the sum of $5,000.00, and on May 27, 1897, for the purpose of concealing his fraudulent conduct, charge said amount to the City National Bank of Norfolk on the books of the plaintiff…
