MEMORANDUM

LEIGHTON, District Judge.

This is defendants’ motion to dismiss the complaint with prejudice, under Rule 12(b). Plaintiffs are police officers employed by the Village of Lineolnwood Police Department; defendants are the Village of Lin-colnwood, its mayor and the village chief of police.

In Count I, plaintiffs allege violations of the overtime pay provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), 29 U.S.C. § 207(a).
