June M. Henderson sued Hiliary H. Henderson III, David Poole Henderson (sometimes hereinafter called "David"), and Thomas Brooks Henderson, alleging against them several claims, including interference with contractual relations, and alleging undue influence in regard to the execution of a will and a trust instrument. The Jefferson Circuit Court entered a summary judgment for the defendants on the intentional-interference claim and the undue-influence claim.
