OPINION AND ORDER

The matter of the petition of John L. McKeon for reinstatement to the bar of the State of Montana comes before this Court under Rule X, of the Commission on Practice of the Supreme Court of the State of Montana (Order in cause no. 10910, establishing the Commission on Practice, Janu*516ary 1, 1965, effective April 1, 1965).
