This suit began as a class action suit on behalf of the owners of townhouse condominiums built by Hoffman Rosner Corporation (hereinafter Hoffman Rosner). It was brought by the Foxcroft Townhome Owners Association (hereinafter Association) and those individuals who were formerly or were at the time of suit directors of the Association, individually and in their representative capacity on behalf of all the condominium owners.
