This action arises out of a dispute concerning a painting with an illuminating lamp among items appraised by plaintiff, Berry, and listed for sale at an estate auction. The parties appeared by counsel on February 7,1996, for argument on defendant’s Demurrer and plaintiffs Demurrer to the defendant’s counterclaim. After argument, the court took the matter under advisement.
