ORDER DENYING POSTBANKRUPTCY INTEREST ON SECURED PORTION OF CLAIMANT’S CLAIM EXCEPT LEGAL INTEREST ON DECLINING BALANCE

The claimant timely filed its claim in these chapter 13 proceedings for a total sum of $4,680.85 and asserted in the proof of claim form that its collateral had a value of $4,050.00.
