Now before the Court is the Complaint for Turnover of Property (“the Complaint”), filed by Plaintiff-Debtors David and Nina Sue Williams (“Debtors”) and the Answer, filed by General Motors Acceptance Corporation (“GMAC”), Defendant in the above-captioned proceeding. 1 A Motion for Relief from Stay filed by GMAC was also consolidated with this adversary proceeding by Court Order on July 22, 2004, and a trial on this Complaint and the Motion for Relief was held on July 29, 2004.
