This was a contest of a will before probate, and from a decree refusing its admission to probate and from an order denying the motion of the proponent of the will for a new trial these appeals are prosecuted.
The alleged will does not appear anywhere in the record on appeal, and the only matters concerning its execution or as to its contents are contained in the petition for its probate. It appears from that petition that the deceased died in the county of Los Angeles on August 30, 1904, a resident thereof.
