Ingraham, J.), entered February 21, 1996, which, in an action against a cooperative housing corporation for withholding consent to an assignment of plaintiffs’ shares and proprietary lease, granted defendant’s motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict and entered judgment for defendant, unanimously reversed, on the law and the facts, without costs, the jury verdict reinstated, and the matter remanded for trial on the issue of damages.
