Plaintiff, Efrain Torres, brought this premises liability action, seeking to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by him on January 11, 1999, when he slipped and fell on real property owned by defendant, Midwest Development Company. Following trial, the jury rendered a verdict for defendant, and the trial court entered judgment on the verdict.
