This controversy is between C. W. Campbell, Robson, Alex Laing, Johnson, Mathews, John Laing, and Hutchinson, on the one side as plaintiffs, and defendant Union Bank & Trust Company, a corporation, on the other side, each contestant claiming superior lien on, and consequent right to, certain moneys derived from sale of standing timber on Pigeon Creek in Mingo county formerly owned by Hutchinson Lumber Company, a corporation.
