ROBERT E. Quinn, Chief Judge:

The accused was convicted by a general court-martial of larceny of clothing from a fellow soldier at Fort Hood, Texas, in violation of Article 121, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC § 921. The question before us is the correctness of the law officer’s instruction on the value of an Army green uniform. The issue is important because of the effect of value on the sentence.
