This is an action brought by appellant to cancel and enjoin the collection of a special assessment levied against her real estate by the Metropolitan Utilities District of Omaha for the construction of a water main in the street adjoining same. The middle of the street is the boundary of the city limits of Omaha, and the main was laid within the city limits.
