OPINION
GEORGE FRANCIS BASON, Jr., Bankruptcy Judge.
This Opinion explains why this Court has confirmed the Debtor’s proposed Chapter 13 Plan notwithstanding objections raised by Manhattan Life Insurance Co. (“Manhattan”). 1
I.
