MEMORANDUM DECISION

ROBERT CLIVE JONES, Chief Judge.

This proceeding requires the Court to determine whether a dealer reserve account maintained by the Defendant Security Bank of Nevada is property of the debt- or’s estate, whether the trustee has an interest in the account which would entitle her to turnover of the account balance, and whether the defendant may setoff a prepet-ition claim against the balance shown in the dealer reserve account.
