MEMORANDUM OPINION

BLACKWELL N. SHELLEY, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter came before the Court upon the complaint of the trustee seeking an order of the Court compelling the defendant, Sovran Bank, N.A. (“Sovran”), to turn over certain funds alleged to be property of the estate of the above-named debt- or. Finding the trustee’s claim to the funds to be without merit, the Court finds that the trustee’s complaint must be denied.
