Blume, Chief Justice.
The Rock Creek Oil Company, sometimes mentioned as the oil company, was a Montana corporation and never domesticated in this state. It drilled one oil well, and no more, in Weston County, Wyoming, which well proved to be unproductive. The oil company engaged the defendant to swab the well. On or about April 18, 1949, Parrent, the defendant, rendered a statement of account to the oil company in the amount of $2,980.25. This account was paid by the oil company.
