The appeal to this court is taken by E. M. Woody, and other royalty owners, from an order of the Corporation Commission dated June 28, 1952, and of September 26, 1952, adjudicating the ratification of the former order. The two cases, 35,684 and 35,821, have been consolidated in this court for briefing and decision..The appeal assails the Corporation Commission’s Order No. 26021 as not sustained by substantial evidence, and on the further ground that the'order which provides for the-allocation of unit production under the 50/50 formula deprives appellants of their property…
