Defendant Ramil Marque Council appeals from the judgments entered upon his convictions for one count each of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury (“AWDWIKISI”) and attempted robbery with a dangerous weapon, and two counts of robbery with a dangerous weapon.
