This case comes to us on appeal from the district court of Garfield county, Okla. The question presented is whether the trial court properly sustained a general demurrer to an answer containing a general denial.

The record reflects the following facts: The action is one in ejectment. It was commenced in the district court by, Elmer Estill, as plaintiff, against Frederick Boepple and Regina ¡Boepple, as defendants.
