Affirming.
Noah Amburgey claims to be the owner and entitled to the possession of about twenty-two acres of land in Knott county. He sought an adjudication of his claim in an action filed in the Knott circuit court against Watson Adams, J. D. Smith and S. J. Kilgore. On the hearing in that court Watson Adams was adjudged to be the owner of the surface and J. D. Smith and S. J. Kilgore the owners of the minerals thereunder.
