CIRILLO, President Judge Emeritus:

The Commonwealth appeals the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County granting defendant’s motion to suppress.1 We reverse.

*821After receiving several neighborhood complaints suggesting continuous drug-selling operations occurring at Alfred Luton’s Philadelphia home, the police employed the use of a confidential informant2 to conduct a “controlled” drug sale from the defendant at his residence.
