CIRILLO, President Judge Emeritus:

Darryl Dean appeals from the judgment of sentence entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County. We affirm.

On June 30, 1995, at 11:25 a.m., officers from the Harrisburg Police Department and an agent from the Attorney General’s Office executed a search warrant at 630 1/2 Radnor Street in Harrisburg. The basis for the warrant was information supplied by a confidential informant who had purchased cocaine from appellant at his residence.
