— Weiss, P. J. Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Hughes, J.), entered January 9, 1992 in Albany County, upon a decision of the court in favor of defendants.
In 1980 plaintiff, a professional engineer, entered into a partnership with five others pursuant to a written partnership agreement. It is the accounting provision* of that agreement which is now in dispute. Plaintiff’s partnership interest was terminated effective September 26, 1986 and he seeks a partnership accounting and payout of his interest based upon his interpretation of the disputed provision.
