HASTIE, Circuit Judge.

This is an appeal, as authorized by Section 1292 of Title 28 United States Code, from an interlocutory order granting a temporary injunction. Beyond the grounds upon which the interim restraint was imposed, such an appeal puts in issue the sufficiency of the complaint and the jurisdiction of the court to grant the ultimate relief the plaintiff is seeking.
