APPEAL FROM THE COMMERCIAL COURT OF NEW-ORLEANS. This suit commenced by attachment. On the 5th October, 1830, Wm. T. Hepp instituted suit on their promissory note, against Glover & Rose, commercial partners residing in Mississippi, and attached a quantity of goods and merchandize in packages, in the hands of H. O. Ames, in New-Orleans, alleged to be the property of the defendants, or of defendant Rose, and cited Ames as garnishee.
